A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAI!;I BEACH, FLORIDA,
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3290.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Resolution No. 3290, ordering the construc-
tion of Sidewalk Improvement SK-72, passed and adopted
the 14th day of August , 1935, be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
