RESOLUTION NO. 3347
• DISTRICT H-143 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-143
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-143 EAST AND WEST SA!" 0�-
THE VENETIAN WAY, to be paved, and where
heretofore paved to be repaved to a width
of eighteen feet with a bituminous wearing
surface on a seven inch rock base, together
with necessary drainage.
As said Drives and Way are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 22 of the
Public Records of Dade County,Florida, and
as said Dries are named and designated in
Ordinance No. 303.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans end specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and eny other expenses
• necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-143, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District H.143.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23rd DAY OF October A.D.1935.
