Resolution 3349 RESOLUTION NO. 3349
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending,
• supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of
the regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries as provided
in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, Block 8, Lots 1 to
6, inclusive , Block 9, Lots 1 to 6, inclusive,
Block 10 and Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, Block
11, Normandy Beach South, as per plat recorded
in Plat Book 21 at Page 54, Public Records of
Dade County, Florida; Lots 1 to 6, inclusive,
Block A, Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block B, Lots
7 to 12, inclusive, Block C, Lots 7 to 12, in-
clusive, Block D, Corrected Plat of Atlantic
Heights, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 9
at Page 14, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; Lots 43 to 53, inclusive, Block 1, Lots
1 to 16, inclusive , Block 6, and Lots 28 to 32,
inclusive, Block 7, Amended Plat of Second Ocean
Front Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat
Book 28 at Page 28, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
so as to change said property from its present Area Regulation
District #19 to District #18, as said area regulations are
described in Ordinance No. 289, as amended, with the understand-
ing that Collins Avenue , in this instance , shall be considered
as front of the property.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 13th day of November, 1935 , at 3:30 o'clock
P. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
