Resolution 3350 RESOLUTION NO. 3350
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amend-
ing, supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing
of the regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as
provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit:
That the Use Regulation of Lots 7 and 8,
Block 39, Palm View Subdivision, in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, as same is
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 6 at
Page 29, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, be amended
so as to change said property from its present Use Regulation
"RD" Single Family District to what is known as "RE" Multiple
Family District, as said use regulations are described in
Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hear-
ing be called for the 20th day of November, 1935, at 3:30
o'clock P. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time,
place and object of such hearing be published as is provided
by said Ordinance No. 289.
