Resolution 3353 RESOLUTION NO. 3353
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
• Florida., has been petitioned to consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of
the regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided
in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the Use Regulation of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block
49, Lots 10 to 12, inclusive , Block 75, Lots 1 to
3, inclusive, Block 83, Lots 1 to 3, inclusive, Block
99, Lots 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, Block 103, Lots 6 to 11,
inclusive, Block 104, Lots 6 to 11, inclusive, Block
84, Lots 6 to 11, inclusive, Block 74, Lots 6 to 11,
inclusive, Block 57, Lot 6, Block 48, Ocean Beach Ad-
dition No. 3, as same is shown on a plat recorded in
Plat Book 2 at Page 81, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; Lots 1 to 11, inclusive, Block "A" , Lots 1
to 5, inclusive, Block "B" , Lots 1 to 5 , inclusive,
Block "C" , Resubdivision of part of Blocks 48, 56 and
75 of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, recorded in Plat
Book 21 at Page 26, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, Witham' s Resubdivision
of Lots 11 and 12 , Block 56, Ocean Beach Addition No. 3,
recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 10, Public Records of
Dade County, Florida; Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, Witham' s
Resubdivision of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 83, Ocean
Beach Addition No. 3, recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page
10, Public Records of Dade County, Florida; Lots 1 to
6, inclusive, George W. Mussett' s Resubdivision of
Lots 9 to 12, inclusive, of Block 99, Ocean Beach
Addition No. 3, recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 62,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida; Lots 1 and 17
to 23, inclusive, Amended Plat of Aquarium Site Resub-
division, recorded in Plat Book 21 at Page 83, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida; Lots 6 to 11, inclu-
sive , McGuire' s Subdivision, being a Subdivision of
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 , Block 98, Ocean Beach Ad-
dition No. 3, recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 83, Pub-
lic Records of Dade County, Florida, be amended
so as to change said property from its present Use Regulation
"BA" Business District, to what is known as "BB" Business District,
as said use regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289, as
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 20th day of November, 1935, at 3:30 o'clock
P. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
