Resolution 3354 RESOLUTION NO. 3354
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amend-
ing, supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing
of the regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as
provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit:
That the Use Regulation of the South 150
Feet of Lot 9, and all of Lot 10, Block 80,
Subdivision of Block 80, Alton Beach Bay
Front Subdivision, in the City of Miami
Beach, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 6,
at Page 12, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, be amended
so as to change said property from its present Use Regulation
"RAA" Estate District, to what is known as "RE" Multiple-
Family District, as said use regulations are described in
Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hear-
ing be called for the 20th day of November, 1935, at 3:30
o' clock P. M. , for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time,
place, and object of such hearing be published as is pro-
vided by said Ordinance No. 289.
