RESOLUTION NO. 3361
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE
APPLICATION TO T WAR DEPARTMENT OF
THE UNITES STATES FOR PERMISSION TO RE-
CONSTRUCT AND WIDEN WHARF AND TO DRIVE
MOORING PILES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA;
That M.N.Lipp, City Engineer for said City, be and
he is hereby directed and authorized to make application to
the War Department of the Unites States for a permit to re-
construct and widen a wharf and drive Mooring piles in Meloy
Channel and Biscayne Bay in front of property owned by the
City of : i€mi Beach immediately South of the East viaduct of
the County Causeway approach at Fifth Street in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, and to make such application in the name
of said City or in his own name as representative of the said
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF NOVEMBER, A.D. 1935.
