HIGHWAY DISTRICT
IMPROVE-MLT H-142 H-142
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 26th day of September , 15 , ordered the
Highway Improvement H-142 , District H-142 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council has
prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifics:--
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the inciden-
tal expenses of said improvement, and whereas due notice
by publication as resiuired ty the City Charter has -been
made that the City Council would on the 16th day of October,
1555 , at the City Hall in said City, at 13:30 o 'clock Lk. ,
receive and hear objections of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid, and same having been duly considered by
the City Council and found to be not well founded,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway Improvement
H-142 District H-142 , be and the s ::_. is hereby confirmed.
and. an appropriation from Current Funds is hereby made in
the amount of *2,946. 68 to cover the cost of said improvement.
