RESOLUTION NO. 3385
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-231 DISTRICT SR-231
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-231 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Flamingo Drive
from a point at or near the southerly line
of Lot 26, Block 6, Flamingo Terrace Subdivision,
produced easterly to a point at or near the
northerly line of Lot 22, Block 6, produced
easterly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta sanitary sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the street line
of Lot 22, said Block 6, as a part of the main
improvement.
As said Drive, Lots and Block are shown on a
Plat recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 3 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for, and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-231, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-23l.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS, _ 8th DAY OF December A.D. 1935.
