SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-232 DISTRICT SR-232
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF MIAMI 3EACH,FLBRIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-232 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Cherokee Avenue from
a point at or near the South curb of West 49th
Street to a point at or near the Southerly line
of West 49th Court.
Together with a 6n Terra Cotta sanitary sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the street line
of Lot 11, Block 29, Lake View Heights Subdivision.
As said Avenue, Streets, Lot and Block are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 5 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for, and the estimaLel amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-232, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
agai3sbe designated as District SR-232.
