SIDEWALK DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SK-77 SK-77
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the llthday of December , 1935,. ordered the
Sidewalk ImprovementSK_77 , District SK-77, and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council has
prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the inciden-
tal expenses of said improvement, and v.heree.s due notice
by publication es required by the City Charter has been
made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of January
1936, et the City Hall in said City, at 19:50 o 'clock P.M. ,
receive and hear objections of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid, and same having been duly considered by
the City Council and found to oe not well founded,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sidewalk Improvement
SK-77 , District SK-y7, be and the same is hereby confirmed
and an appropriation of $ 6l-1.3)is hereby authorized to be set up
from Current Fluid and the Cit Council hereby dellares its intention
