A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OEJEC--
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENTS SL-10 and 12 DISTRICT SL-10 and 12
WHEREAS, SEWER LATERAL IMPROVEMENT SLit10, and SL-12,
and SL-12
Districts SL-10/ havebeen completed andacceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City or Miami Ecach, Florid:, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 3:g0 o 'clock P. M. on February
5th , A. D. 1936, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15thd.ay of January,
