TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN

WHEREAS, HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-129 ,
District H-129 , ha.s been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, T} EREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, i+loxide , that the City

Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
EI' Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on February
lgth , A. D. 1936, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
