RESOLUTION NO . 3409
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO
THE CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
SK-73 and 76 DISTRICTS SK-73 and 76
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements
in accordance with therovisions of Sections
p 29 and

30, n�.� thee City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be riven in accordance with
said City Charter that a meeting of the City Council
will be held at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , on February 19th,
1936, at which time all interested persons may ap-
pear and file written objections to the confirma-
tion of said rolls.
