SANITARY SEWER
IY2ROVEMENT SR-232 DISTRICT SR-232
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 8th day of January , 1936 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-232 , District SR-232
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 22nd day of
January , 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at::3p30'
of clock .P.. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement - SR-232 , District SR-232 , be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 504.52
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund and
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
