A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF WATER DEPARTMENT TO MAKE
APPLICATION TO THE WAR DEPARTMENT OF
THE UNITED STATES FOR PERMISSION TO
LAY AN S" WATER PIPE IN BISCAYNE BAY
UNDER THE EAST DRAW BRIDGE OF THE
VENETIAN CAUSEWAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That H. H. Horn, Superintendent of Water Department
for said City, be and he is hereby directed and authorized to
make application to the War Department of the United States for
a permit to lay an B" Water Pipe in Biscayne Bay under the
East Draw Bridge of the Venetian Causeway, in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, and to make such application in the name
of said City, or in his own name as representative of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, A. D. , 1936.
