BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. , February,
19th , A. D. 19 36, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestee in or affected by the above designated
improvementsas to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvementte as
completed, be and the sameaee hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this19th day of February
