TIONS TO TY-TE ACCEPTANCE OF AN

WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS H-134 and 11+1
and 141
Districts H-131.1 ha.vebeen completed andacceptance of
said improvements recotimen.ded by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
ATOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLvED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on March
14th , A. D. 19 3at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council mill hear any objections of
persons interested in or affect,-)d by the said improve-
mentsas to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February,
