THE CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.

WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
4 completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements
in accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City

said City Charter that a meetin ; of the City Council
