Resolution 3439 RESOLUTION NO. 3439
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, supplem-
enting, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations ,
restrictions , and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289 ,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida,
as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
That the Area Regulation of Lots 3 and 4, Block 77 ,
Fisher' s First Subdivision of Alton Beach, accord-
ing to plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 77 , Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.,
be amended so as to change said property from its present Area
Regulation District No. 25 to what is known as Area Regulation
District No. 16 , as said Area Regulation Districts are des-
cribed in said Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , that a public hearing be
called for the 25th day of March, 1936 , at 10:00 o' clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida.,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
