SANITARY SEWER
IMDROVEMNT SR-235 DISTRICT SR-235
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 19th day of February , 1936 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-235 , District SR-235 ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that th City Council would on the 4th day of
March , 193101 at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
1 Improvement SR-235 , District SR-235 , be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $359.81
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund and
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
