RESOLUTION NO. 3460
A RESOLUTION WAIVING OBJECTIONS TO THE
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE BY THE
SUNSET ISLANDS COMPANY.
WHEREAS , the Sunset Islands Company propose to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to construct a bridge
connecting Island No. 1 and Island No. 2 of Sunset Islands, and
to remove the present bridge connecting Island No. 2 and Island
No. 3, all within the municipal limits of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and according to a plat of said Sunset Islands recorded
in Plat Book No. 23 at Page No. 7, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, as shown upon two drawings marked Sheet 1 of 2
and Sheet 2 of 2 and designated:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR CONNECTING BRIDGE SUNSET ISLANDS
ISLANDS 1 to '2 MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA
FOR THE SUNSET ISLANDS CO.

MARCH 11, 1936. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and considered by
the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the construction contemplated by the said Sunset
Islands Company and the proposed removal of bridge will not inter-
fere with any plans for work which the said City Council has in
view,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that the said City
Council waive , and it does hereby waive , all objections to the
said proposed construction and removal of bridge.
