Resolution 3462 RESOLUTION NO. 3462
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, supple-
, menting, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regula-
tiond, restrictions and/or boundaries , as provided in Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That Ordinance No. 289 , as amended by Ordinance
No. 382, be amended by adding to Paragraph
designated District No. 17, under Area Regula-
tions, Section 16 of said Ordinance , after sentence
reading, "There shall be a side yard having a width
of not less than five ( 5) feet on either side of a
building" , the following clause:
"Provided, however, that in business dis-
tricts corner lots shall not require a
side yard on the side of the lot abutting
on the street side. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 6th day of May, A. D. , 1936, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall , Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that noticebf the time, place and
object of such hearing be publi -bed as is provided by said Ordi-
nance No. 289.
