RESOLUTION NO. 3464
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-238

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-238 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
in an easement along the Easterly end of West
Sixtieth Street, and along the Easterly end
of Block Five (5) , LaGorce Golf Subdivision,
from a point at or near the centerline of West
Sixtieth Street to a point at or near the
Southeasterly corner of Lot One (1) , of said
Block Five (5) .
As said Street, Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14,
Page 43 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and Estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount is
be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-238, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-238.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25th__. DAY OF March A.D. 1936.
