SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-242

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-242 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Post Avenue from
a point at or near the northerly line of Lot 14,
Block 13, Orchard Subdivision No. 4, produced
easterly; to a point at or near t.le riGrtherly
line of Lot 7, Block G, Surprise Lake Subdivision
produced easterly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the street line of
Lots 6 and 7, said Block G, as a part of the main
improvement.
As said Avenue, Lots, Blocks and Subdivisions
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book 25,
Page 30, and Plat Book 9, Page 114, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and Estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-242, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-242.
