SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-236 SR-236
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 18th day of March , 19 36, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-236 , District SR-236,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 1st day of
April , 19 36, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having; been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution
