Resolution 3482 RESOLUTION NO. 3482
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been petitioned to consider the
amending, supplementing, changing, modifying and/or
repealing of the regulations, restrictions, and/or
boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289, common-
ly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the use regulation of the following des-
cribed property, to-wit:
Lots 1 to 40, inclusive, Block 36 and Lots
1 to 7, inclusive, Block 37, as per unrecord-
ed plat of Miami View Section, Isle of
Normandy, all within the City of Miami Beach,
Florida,
be amended so as to change said property from its present
use regulation "RE" Multiple Family District classification
to what is known as "BA" Business District classification,
as said use regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289,
as amended.
That the use regulation of the following des-
cribed property, to-wit:
Lots 41 to 44, inclusive, Block 36, as per un-
recorded plat of Miami View Section, Isle of
Normandy, all within the City of Miami Beach,
Florida,
be amended so as to change said property from its present
use regulation "RE" Multiple Fanily District classification
to what is known as "BB" Business District classification,
as said use regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289,
as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 6th day of May, 1936, at 10:00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hal, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance No. 289.
