RESOLUTION NO. 3483
DISTRICT H-146 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-146
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH ,
l FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the
City Charter:
H-146 THE ALLEY BETWEEN LINCOLN ROAD AND 16TH STREET.
From Meridian Avenue to Euclid Avenue , to be
paved and where heretofore paved to be repaved
to a width of twenty ( 20) feet with a bituminous
wearing surface on an eight (8) inch rock base.
Together with the necessary drainage , sewer inlets ,
manholes and catch basins;
As said Alley, Street , Road and Avenues are shown
on a Plat recorded. in Plat Book 6 , Page 33 and in
Plat Book 9 , Page 69 of the Public Records of Dade
County , Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and esti-
mates , the printing and publication of notices and proceedings ,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction , legal
services , abstracts , etc. , and any other work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-146 , and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District H-146.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8TH DAY OF APRIL, A. D. , 1936.
