SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-241 DISTRICT SR-241
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 1st day of April , 1936, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-241 , District SR-241
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 15th day of
April , 1936, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement -SR--241 , District SR-241 , be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 357. 39
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund and
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract .
