RESOLUTION NO. 3494_
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-244

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF `_iIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the
City Charter:
SR-244 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances
At or near the centerline of a ten (10) foot
easement through Block 29, Lakeview Heights
Subdivision, from a point at or near the
Southeasterly corner of Lot 11, said Block 29,
to a point at or near the southeasterly corner
of Lot 2, Said Block 29.
At or near the centerline of a ten (10) foot
easement which runs along the easterly line
of Lots 1, 2 and 21, Block 29, Lakeview Heights
Subdivision, from a point at or near the south-
easterly corner of Lot 2, said Block 29, to a
point at or near the southeasterly corner of
Lot 1, said Block 29.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a
part of the main improvement.
As said Lots, Easements, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 27,
Page 5 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
Estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts , proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR244, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-244.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th DAY OF_ April A.D 1936.
