HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-147
H-147
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, '''
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the
City Charter:
H-147' PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE FROM THE NORTHERLY LINE
OF FIFTEENTH STREET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE
ALLEY BETWEEN SIXTEENTH STREET AND LINCOLN
ROAD: to be paved, and where heretofore paved,
to be repaved to a width of 40E , with a bituminous
wearing surface on a 10" rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins and improved on
both sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said Streets, Avenue, Road and. Alley are
shown on flats recorded in Plat Book 6, Page
33 and Plat Book 9, Page 69 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
Estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-147, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District H-147.
