RESOLUTION NO. 3498
DISTRICT H-148 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-148
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the
City Charter:
H-148 DREXEL AVENUE FROM THE NORTH LI` E OF FIFTEENTH
STREET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF LINCOLN ROAD: to
be paved, and where heretofore paved to be
repaved to a width of 40' with a bitumnous
wearin7 surface on a ten (10) ii
nch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, smwer inlets,
manholes and catch bapins and improved on
both sides wi.thca783r'beand gutter.
As said Avenue , Street and Road are shown on
plats recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 33, Plat
Book 9, Page 69, and in Plat Book 6, Page 34
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the ��reparstion of Plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any further expense necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
merits and bonds as Highway Improvement H-148, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District H-148.
