A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIOI\?S TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-143 DISTRICT H443
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-143 ,
DistrictH-143 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement _recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on May
13th , A. D. 1936, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of April,
