the City Engineer,
NOW, THE .FORE, E IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, thata meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on May
13th, A. D. 1936, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
menta a.s to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
