RESOLUTION NO. 3508
DISTRICT H--150 HIJHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-150
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby Ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed. under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-150 SEVENTEENTH STREET FROM THE EAST LINE OF ALTON
ROAD TO THE EAST LINE OF THE ALLEY BETWEEN ALTON
ROAD AND LENOX AVENUE, to be paved , and *here
heretofore paved to be repaved, to a width of
forty (40) feet with a bituminous wearing surface
on a ten (10) inch rock base.
As said Street, Road and Avenue are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 29 and
30 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans andspecifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-oara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any work herein providedfor; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-150, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District H-150.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 29th DAY OF April A.D 1936.
