RESOLUTION NO. 3523
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, upon its own initiative will consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That Item " (9) Locksmith Shops, sharpening and
grinding shops" be omitted from Section 9, Use
Regulations "BC" Business District;
And that following the words " (5) Night Clubs,
only upon approval and permit by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach" in Section 7 , Use
Regulations "BA" Business District, there be added
the words
" (6) Locksmith shops.,
sharpening and
grinding shops."
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 3rd day of June, A. D. , 1936, at 10:00
o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance No. 289.
