A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.

IMPROVEMENT SR-227 DISTRICT SR-227
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEM• NT SR-227,
District SR-227 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
FOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Roach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be giver.: in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10100 o 'clock A. M. on June
17th, A. D. 1936 , at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June ,
