DISTRICT H-155 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-155
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA;
That the construction of the following described improvement DI
hereby ordered to be made: The City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of
the City Charter.
H-155 The Alley between West 41st Street and West 42nd
Street from Royal Palm Avenue to Sheridan Avenue
to be paved, and where heretofore paved to be
repaved to a width of twenty (20) feet with a
bituminous wearing surface on an eight (811 ) inch
rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catchbasins.
As said Alley, Streets and Avenues are shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 30 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts etc. , and any
other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for: and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-155, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-185.
