SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR,-.246
IMPROVEMENT SR-246
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter;
SR-246 The la$ing underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the center line of the alley lying
between West 41st Street and West 42nd Street
from a point at or near the Easterly line of
Lot la, Block 4, Orchard Subdivision #4,
produced Northerly to a point at or near the
Easterly line of Lot 18, Block 4, Orchard
Subdivision #4, produced Northerly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta Sewer Lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
twenty-five (25) feet of adjacent property as a
part of the main improvement.
As said Streets Alley, Lots, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Flat recorded in Plat Book 25, Page
30 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and a n
estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparartion of plans and speci-
fications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interes t during con-
struction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments,
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-246, and the property
against which assessments therfor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-246.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF June A.D.1556.
