SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-79 DISTRICT SK-79
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-79 A four (4) foot concrete sidewalk on both sides
of 14th Street from the East line of Alton Road
to the west line of Michigan Avenue. -
As said Street, Road and Avenue are shown on
glat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 81, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as
said Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speci-
fications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings , the preparation of bonds, interact during construction,
legal services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
' abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SKe79, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SK079.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 3 DAY OF June A.D. 1936.
