RESOLUTION NO. 3566
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-247 DISTRICT SR-247
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 3rd day of June 193 6 ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-247 District SR-247,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improve: exit and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 17thday of
June 19 36, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A . M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interesteto the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said imo 'ovement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,

with City forces without contract.
