RESOLUTION NO. 3567

Ih1PROVEIv NT H-155 DISTRICT H-155
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 3rd day of . June , 1936, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-155 , District H-155,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 17th day of
June , 1936, at the City Mall in said City at 10200
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and rio objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement " H-155 , District H-155 , be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 1,331.11
is hereby authorized to be set up from Special Road and Bridge Fund
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract .
