BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. , June
3rd , A. D. 19. 36, it would hear any objections of per-
sons intereste in or affected by the above designated
improvementsa.s to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvementq as
completed, be and the sammft hereby accepted.
