WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-231, 233 and 241,
Districts SR-231,ha.vebeen completed and acceptance of
233 and 241
said improvemeniB rF coamended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City. of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on July
let , A. D. 1936, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June ,
