RESOLUTION or THE 0/TY COUNCIL
OP THE CITY or MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
wHismas, the City Council of the City of Miall leash
proposes to widen, pave and otherwise improve what is known as
Collins Avenue in the City of Ml„ i Beach; and
1HZREA8, it !►a meeossary that the following described
property, *writ:
Nocinning at a point which is the In-
tersection of the Wedterly line of
Collins Avenue and the Northerly line
of Lot 1, Block 4, Amended, Ocean
front property of the Miami Beach In..
provement Company, recorded in Plat
Book 5, pages 7 and 8, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, pro-
duced Westerly; thence in a southerly
direction along the said Westerly line
of Collins Avenue a distance of 132.6
feet, more or less, to a point on the
Southerly line of said Lot 1 produced
Westerly; thence Westerly along the said
Southerly line of Lot 1 produced Westerly
a distance of 36 feet, more or less, to
a point on the Westerly edge of the
existing. •es&wall on the Zaeterly side
of Lake Pancoast; thence Northerly mean-
dering along the said westerly edge of
the existing sea-wall, along said
Easterly side of Lake Pancoast, a distance
of 136 feet, more or less to a point on
the said Northerly line of Lot 1, produced
'Sisterly; thence Easterly along said North-
erly line of Lot 1, produced Westerly, a
distance of 31 feet, more or lees, to the
point of beginning,
be acquired by the said City for thi purpose of widening, paving
and otherwise improving what is known as Collins Avenue in said
City and using sane for street and other municipal purposes for
the use of said City; and
WHE1i*, it is necessary to institute condemnation
proceedings for the purpose of acquiring said property.

*proving what is known as Collins Avenue in said City and for
street and other municipal purposes for the use of the City of
Miami Beach and its inhabitants.
