NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on July
15th, A. D. 1936, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or a.ffect ,d by the said improve-
ments a s to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
