RESOLUTION NO. 3585
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, upon its own initiative will consider the amending,
k supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 2S9 , commonly known as the Zoning of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 2g9 be amended

by adding thereto the following paragraph after
District No. 31:
District No. 32. There shall be a front yard
having a depth of not less than forty (40)
feet , when measured from any waterway, bay or
ocean. There shall be a rear yard having a
depth of not less than twenty ( 20) feet, when
measured from the street line. There shall be
a side yard having a width of not less than ten
(10) feet on either side of a building.
NOW, -THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 5th day of August, A. D. , 1936, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall , Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
