RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems and hereby declares it to be necessary for the
immediate preservation for the public peace, health and/or safety
of said City that Three Model 17 Indiana Trucks, 224" ,Wheelbase
Ibe purchased by and for the use of said City, at and for the sum
of $ 7, 817.40 , payable under the following terms:
Cash on delivery
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Manager of said City is hereby
authorized and directed to purchase said trucks
, under the terms and conditions as
above set forth.
PASSED by a majority vote of the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, this 1st day of July, A. D., 1936.
