RESOLUTION N0. 2
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been petitioned to consider the amending, supplementing, chang-
ing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions,
and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289 , commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter
set forth, to-wit:
That the use and area regulations of the following
described property, to-wit:
Part One , Miami View Section of the
Isle of Normandy, as per plat recorded
in Plat Book 34, at Page 80, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be amended, changed and modified so as to change all of
Blocks 27, 28, 29 and 30, of said Subdivision, from their
present Use Regulation "RE" Multiple Family District, to
what is known as "RD" Single Family District , and also
so as to change all of Block 36A and Lot 35 of Block 36,
of said Subdivision, from their present Use Regulation
"RE" Multiple Family District , to what is known as "BB"
Business District, and also to change said property from
their present Area District No. 14 to Area District No. 19;
also
so as to change Lots 26 to 34., inclusive , of Block 36, of
said Subdivision from their present Use Regulation "RE"
Multiple Family District , to what is known as "BA" Business
District , and also to change said property from their pre-
sent Area District No. 14 to Area District No. 19 ,
as all Districts mentioned herein are described in Sections
4, 5, 7, 8 and 16 of said Ordinance No. 289 , as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 5th day of August, A. D. , 1936, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said. Ordi-
nance No. 289.
