RESOLUTION NO. 3605
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending, supple-
menting, changing, modifying and.or repealing of the regulations ,
restrictions , and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 259 ,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida,
as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 259 , as amended,
be amended by adding thereto after Item ( 25) , the
following item:
"x( 29) Storage of motor cars on the second
floor and above , providing access for
cars is had through a public alley and
not otherwise ; only upon approval and
permit by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 5th day of August , A. D. , 1936 , at 10:00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall , Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that notice of the time , place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Or-
dinance No. 259.
